Carey Bartnicki, began her nursing journey at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in 2014. Her passion for healthcare quickly led to a challenging yet rewarding nurse internship at the VA Medical Center, where she worked in both the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). Here, she provided invaluable care to veterans, deeply enriching her understanding and dedication to nursing. Building on this foundation, Carey pursued further specialization and completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing at South University in 2017, focusing on becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her academic and professional excellence was recognized with her induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
As Treasurer of the American Holistic Nurses Association, Carey Bartnicki championed initiatives to enhance both physical and mental well-being in Oklahoma, promoting a comprehensive approach to health. Outside work, she relishes time with her husband, two children, and two beloved dogs, enjoying life's simple joys and the comfort of family.
Shawn Bonilla is the owner of HealthCare Stat. He is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He specializes in Urgent Care and has many years of Emergency Room training and experience. Shawn has been in the medical field since 1996 where he started as a Technician in the ICU at Presbyterian Hospital. Shawn, shortly thereafter, moved to the Emergency Room where he spent several years developing his skills and obtaining experience. In addition to his nursing services, he worked as a Flight Nurse Paramedic, both in helicopter and fixed wing. Shawn worked several years in the ER throughout his career and continued to work in the Emergency Room until he opened his own clinic. He has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2006 and has a Bachelors in Science of Nursing from OU and a Master's in Science of Nursing from Midwestern State in Texas. He also holds an Associates in Science in Nursing from Rose State College and an Associates in Science for Paramedic from Oklahoma City Community College. He has worked as a Lab Instructor at Moore/Norman Vo-Tech, taught Advance Cardiac Life Support, was a CPR Instructor, and held certifications in Pediatric Life Support and held certifications with Trama Nursing (TNCC).
Emily Parks serves as the Clinic Manager of our Chickasha location and is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over eight years of experience in the healthcare industry. Earning her LPN license at the young age of 19, Emily has built an impressive career grounded in compassion, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Her clinical expertise and approachable leadership style ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
Emily’s ability to balance administrative responsibilities with patient-centered care makes her a valued asset to the clinic team. She brings both professionalism and heart to every aspect of her role.
When she's not managing the clinic, Emily embraces her roles as a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring pet owner. She enjoys shopping, reading, and traveling—and she shares her love for travel by helping others plan their getaways through her side business, Emily Plans Travel on Facebook.
Blayze Williams is a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant with HealthCareStat OK, where she supports patients and providers with professionalism and care. She is deeply committed to making every patient feel comfortable and valued, often being the first friendly face they see when arriving for care. With a strong passion for healthcare, Blayze is continually expanding her knowledge and skills as she furthers her education in the medical field.
Known for her warm personality and genuine kindness, Blayze goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues. Outside of her role, she cherishes quality time with her high school sweetheart and enjoys building meaningful connections with those around her. Her combination of dedication, empathy, and a lifelong love for learning makes her an invaluable member of the HealthCareStat OK team.
